Judgement Free Generation
I truly believe that kindness has a ripple effect. More than just the “karma” thing, but that one direct, intentional act of kindness to yourself or someone else can go on to make big waves in the world. This month I have been trying to be more intentional about reaching out and being intentional in giving my time and attention to friends.
To have our time together be much more than just listing off all the ways that we are busy, but to be generous with my heart, and my time to make sure they know I value them, I appreciate them, am proud of them. My hope is that it will not only positively impact their day, but also everyone else they interact with. Do you believe that’s the case? How do you choose to spread kindness?
I am so excited to support Planet Fitness in their #judgementfreegeneration campaign, an anti-bullying, pro-kindness initiative to reduce young people’s experience of bullying. For every new member that joins PF now through October 13, they will donate the $5 enrollment fees to Boys and Girls Clubs of America. I feel to lucky to be able to support a program doing so much good in the world, and one that reminds me to spread a little kindness everyday.
