Big Game ready with Panera
Sports are a pretty Big Deal at our house, and one of my favorite parts of any game is all the fun food that comes with it. I love “game day food”, but I don’t always love how it makes me feel afterwards, or the number of icky ingredients in some of the most delicious things, so I was pumped when Panera Bread reached out to me about their new 100% clean wing sauce. The new sauce is made with 100% natural ingredients with no artificial flavors, sweeteners or colors- the recipe is so simple you can even make it yourself at home.
I made both wings and buffalo cauliflower bites, along with our usual spread of fresh veggies and all the dips, as well as tortilla chips with my famous homemade guac. (all you need is 2 big, ripe avos, juice of one lime, red pepper flakes, garlic powder to taste, and about 1 1/2 tsp of flaky salt. mash and you are good to go!)
Panera's recipe for the cauliflower bites is AMAZING-- actually managed to make it crispy as opposed to the sad soggy mess that I usually am left with. The sauce can even be prepared vegan (information on where to purchase and/or how to make yourself is HERE), so everyone has something tasty to eat for the big game! Now if you don’t mind, I’m going back for seconds!
