Happy Hour done right

I am historically bad at happy hour. I like the concept of afterwork hang outs over drinks, but in practice I am always left disappointed and feeling icky with overly sugary drinks and bad bar food. So usually, I coerce friends into going to work out classes with me instead. Still fun, but honestly a lot harder to talk and wind down ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿคฆ๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ So, I was pumped to be invited to try out some of the new wellness cocktails and happy hour menu @cafegratitude in Beverly Hills.

My friend Erin and I split the nachos and buffalo cauliflower, and some of the new cocktails. ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿคค I got the โ€œout of body experienceโ€ (a bourbon and lemon based cocktail, my favorite ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ) and Erin got the atman ( with quinoa vodka, ginger beer, blueberry and mint!). Maybe itโ€™s just me but I LOVE thoughtful cocktails with great ingredients ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ

Afterwards we split a flight of -nonalcoholic wellness shots (balanced, stimulated and brave) as well as a almond joy type dessert. I took an โ€œimmortalโ€ Ayurvedic latte to go, and have literally never felt better after a happy hour in my life. (My college self would be so proud)
